Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company")

Holdings in Company

The major shareholder notification released on 20 June 2007 indicated that
Wisynco Investments Inc. then had an  interest in 6,150,000 shares in the
Company, representing 8.9 per cent. of the issued share capital. This was an
error  and should have read 5,770,000 shares in the Company, representing 8.4
per cent. of the issued share capital.

The Company was notified on 21 June 2007 that CSI Asset Management Establishment
("CSI") has purchased 210,000 shares  from each of Wisynco Investments Inc. and
Doyne Investments Limited at a price of 462 pence per share. CSI now has an 
interest in 23,814,163 shares, representing 34.6 per cent. of the issued share
capital. Wisynco Investments Inc. has an  interest in 5,560,000 shares in the
Company, representing 8.1 per cent. of the issued share capital. Doyne
Investments  Limited has an interest in 3,960,279 shares in the Company,
representing 5.8 per cent. of the issued share capital.

CSI is a Liechtenstein Anstalt, the potential beneficiaries of which include the
children of Florian Homm. Wisynco  represents certain vendors of Argo Capital
Management. Doyne Investments Limited is owned by First Tower Trustees  Limited
as Trustee of the Trust, of which the potential beneficiaries include Sean
Ewing.
