               Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company")

                                   Holdings in Company

The Company has received a notification dated 15 June 2007 from CSI Asset
Management Establishment ("CSI") that CSI has  an interest in 23,394,163 shares
in the Company, representing 34.0 per cent. of the issued share capital. CSI is
a  Liechtenstein Anstalt, the potential beneficiaries of which include the
children of Florian Homm.

The shares held by CSI are subject to an orderly marketing agreement until 
3 March 2008.

The Company was notified on 19 June 2007 that Wisynco Investments Inc. sold
380,000 shares on 19 June 2007 at a price  of 451.5 pence per share. Following
this sale Wisynco Investments Inc. has an interest in 6,150,000 shares in the 
Company, representing 8.9 per cent. of the issued share capital. Wisynco
represents certain vendors of Argo Capital  Management.

The Company was notified on 19 June 2007 that Doyne Investments Limited sold
380,000 shares on 19 June 2007 at a price  of 451.5 pence per share. Following
this sale Doyne Investments Limited has an interest in 4,170,279 shares in the 
Company, representing 6.1 per cent. of the issued share capital. Doyne
Investments Limited is owned by First Tower  Trustees Limited as Trustee of the
Trust, of which the potential beneficiaries include Sean Ewing.
