                              Exercise of Options

Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that CSI
Asset Management Establishment ("CSI") has exercised on 18 May 2007 options over
562,500 ordinary shares at a price of Euro0.24 per share. CSI is a Liechtenstein
Anstalt the potential beneficiaries of which include the wife and children of
Florian Homm.

The exercise increases CSI's holding in the Company to 25,605,163 shares
representing 37.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. An
application for admission for trading of the shares on AIM will be submitted
shortly. The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options
is 68,862,500.
