Mr G A Johnson will be retiring from his executive role as Commercial Director
with effect from the 31st January 1999.  He will, however, remain with the
Company as a non-executive director and will provide consultancy services from
time to time.

The retirement is part of a planned relocation of trading and sales activities
from Liverpool to London.
