Mr C S Campbell, Finance Director, will leave the Company by mutual agreement
with effect from the 30th September 1998.  The departure terms have been
amicably agreed.

Mr Campbell's responsibilities will, from the 1st October 1998, be undertaken by
Mr J Weir, who has been a Director of the Company since 1977 and has previously
held a number of executive positions within the Company, including a number of
years as Finance Director.
