of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been
posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 23
May 2023 at Access Intelligence's office, The Johnson Building, 79
Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8AW.
