Redemption of Senior Notes under a GBP5,000,000,000 Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme

MORhomes PLC (the Issuer) announces the redemption and cancellation of a principal amount of GBP30,000,000 3.400% Notes due 2038 (the Redemption) under its GBP5,000,000,000 Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The expected settlement date for the Redemption is 20 July 2023. Following the Redemption, the principal amount of outstanding Notes under such Series of Notes will be GBP440,100,000.
