The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Yorkshire Water Services Bradford Finance
Limited issue of Sub-Class B1 GBP200,000,000 3.750 per cent. Class
B Fixed to Floating Rate Unwrapped Guaranteed Bonds due 2046 (the
"Bonds") issued under its GBP8,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme
for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be
read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 27 November 2015
which constitutes a base prospectus (the "Prospectus") for the
purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
