Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated February 21, 2022 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of C$500,000,000 2.73 per cent. Notes due August 25, 2025 (the "Notes").

The Notes are issued under the EUR60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 September 2021, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 9 November 2021, 2 December 2021 and 10 February 2022, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
