Transport for London Moody's Credit Rating
Transport for London ("TfL") announces t hat on 2 June 2020,
Moody's Investor Services ("Moody's") has placed its Aa3 long-term
ratings on review for downgrade. Moody's has also downgraded TfL's
baseline credit assessment to a3 from a2 and affirmed TfL's P-1
short-term ratings.
