The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Manchester Airport Group Funding plc's GBP
300,000,000 2.875 per cent. Fixed Rate Bonds due 31 March 2039 (the
"Bonds") issued under its GBP5,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme
established 14 February 2014 (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be
read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 2 November 2017 (the
"Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes
of the Prospectus Directive.
