Full Buyback of EUR 3,000,000 step-up Fixed Rate Notes due 10 April 2028

Municipality Finance Plc has bought back a total nominal amount of EUR 3,000,000 of EUR 3,000,000 step-up Fixed Rate Notes due 10 April 2028 (ISIN: XS1800210277) (the "Notes") issued under the EUR30,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments guaranteed by The Municipal Guarantee Board (Kuntien takauskeskus). The value date for the buyback is on 12 December 2022 (the "Value Date"). The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Notes will be cancelled on the Value Date.
