DISCLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Company has today received the following notification from Barclays Bank
PLC.  Following a recent allotment of 211,068,904 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company, Barclays Bank PLC is now interested in 289,009,647 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 15.77% of the total of ordinary shares in
issue.
