US$35,000,000 nominal amount of Barclays Bank PLC Undated
Floating Rate Primary Capital Notes Series 1; and

US$22,070,000 nominal amount of Barclays Bank PLC Undated
Floating Rate Primary Capital Notes Series 2.

No decision has been made as to whether this amount of bonds
will be cancelled, and a further announcement will be made, as
appropriate, in due course.

Until a decision has been made there will remain:

US$403,270,000 nominal of the Series 1 notes in issue and
US$482,770,000 nominal of the Series 2 notes in issue.
