Item 3.02   Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities

 

On February 15, 2022, SecureTech Innovations, Inc.’s (“SecureTech”) Board of Directors canceled an aggregate of 1,700,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value.

 

SecureTech continues to explore additional prospective share cancellations to maximize underlying shareholder value per share.

 

As of February 17, 2022, SecureTech had 111,636,300 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
