Oncologix Tech, Inc. (the “Company”) could not complete the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the twelve months ended August 31, 2015 due to the Company’s recent acquisition of Esteemcare Inc. and Affordable Medical Equipment Solutions Inc.. The Company, its independent EDGAR firm needed additional time to complete the review and processing of the 10K. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company will file its Form 10-Q no later than the fifthteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
