Due to the change of year end for our subsidiary Cougar Oil and Gas Canada, Inc and the necessary advance completing and filing of its transition report on Form 20-F which is still undergoing review, from which financial data is then consolidated into the Kodiak Energy, Inc. Form 10-K for year ended December 31, 2010, we have experienced a delay in finalizing and filing the Form 10-K.
