KDKN was a scam, is a scam and will always be a scam. Truly deserving of suspension. Why the SEC doesn't act is beyond me.

Second alert on KDKN being severely delinquent in filing Financials and is at extreme risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation. The last 10Q was in 2011.

High percentage, small volume profits were available. $500 into $1200 isn't a bad day, but certainly not life changing. Risky too, slow fills, and could have closed below the open.

If anyone said they profited from this is lying, this stock was a mirage didn't trade enough dollar shares for it to be profited from! Another shitty promotion! From MFGL promotions. I will say wolf will come out with a redemption pick look lu for that might be good!!! Who knows though but stay tuned.

The big question is, will they dump it big time tomorrow morning, like what happens so often in the OTC world

You would think all of the promo front runners have all bailed out at 800% or by now, and am surprised that there is still some hot air that is still holding it up at around 400%, I would not be surprise if it got faded back down to being up 200% or less before the close.

Most of us did too. Nice play.

Got in at $0.0062 after the open on the pump promo, and sold out at $0.0255 with over a 800% gain, it would have been insanity and foolish not to bail out of a promo with those kind of gains that very rarely happen on these kind of plays.

I avoid all orbit stock picks. They all work the same, run way up on low volume and dump. Then they claim 1300 percent on something no one was able to get in until it already reached the dump stage

True. Placed 2 like orders with 2 different brokers @ open/after e-mail. One filled, one never did. Sold pretty quickly, but small size. Better safe than the inevitable...glta.

KDKN is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Last I called years ago, this would be no good according to the representative I called...if they start up again, which there were no plans, this may be something...getting some now?

Long shot to say the least...mj sector is where it is at, unless this one goes mj or starts drilling, this one is dead in water.

Kodiak Oil & Gas has been on a monster run recently, and buyers piled in when the stock pulled back yesterday.

optionMONSTER's trade scanners detected the purchase of about 7,000 January 14 calls, with the largest block of 5,000 fetching $0.65. The volume was far above the strike's previous open interest of 1,386 contracts, so new money was definitely put to work.

These long calls lock in the price where shares can be purchased, letting investors leverage a rally. That way they can cheaply position for gains, risking much less capital than they would by buying the stock directly. (See our Education section for more on how to manage risk with options.)

KOG fell 3.9 percent to $12.80 yesterday but has gained 35 percent in the last three months as investors have piled into domestic energy producers. Before September it had never traded over $11.

Total option volume in the name was triple the daily average in the session, with calls outnumbering puts by more than 6 to 1.

KDKN could be ramping back up...CEO told me that they may reopen company if they begin exploration again...maybe that is what is happening...insiders buying?

Yes this company has been under a cease trade order in Canada since June 14, 2012. William S. Tighes other company Tamm Oil has been under a cease trade order in Canada since Dec.13, 2012 and Cougar Oil has been under a cease trade order in Canada since May 3, 2012.
