InvestView, Inc. Agreement to Acquire Broker/Dealer

Red Bank, NJ, September 26, 2013 - (Accesswire) - InvestView, Inc. (OTCQB: INVU) ("InvestView") - InvestView, Inc. today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Martel Capital, LLC a FINRA registered broker dealer. It is anticipated that the transaction will close within 120 days subject to regulatory approvals.

Martel Capital, LLC, a registered broker-dealer will enable InvestView, Inc. to participate in commission sharing of brokerage transactions and the expansion of institutional brokerage relationships.
