/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICOA, Inc. (OTC:ICOA) (BULLETIN BOARD:
ICOA) , a leading provider of neutral-host wireless broadband
Internet networks and managed services in airports, restaurants,

in concert with the Greater Charleston Chamber of Commerce, powers
the ThinkSpot(TM) network of Wi-Fi hotspots, located in numerous

a hot zone in downtown Charleston. A privately held company,
Aerolina's ThinkSpot network is expanding throughout the Carolinas.
Aerolina's network was previously serviced by Pronto Networks.
AuthDirect, Inc. ( http://www.authdirect.com/ ) provides powerful,
scalable and flexible service management and billing services
products to customers, carriers and wireless operators in the
global hotspot market. TollBooth(TM) is the company's premier
product and recently won JupiterMedia's Best of Show award. Auth
Direct eliminates the three main stumbling blocks to hotspot
proliferation -- hardware costs, infrastructure costs and closed
proprietary solutions. Aerolina co-founder Scott Adams said, "As
Aerolina continues our growth as the leading regional provider of
wireless broadband solutions, we required a new partner with the
capacity and expertise to scale with us, yet be flexible to our
unique needs." Aerolina co-founder Mike Clark said, "ICOA's
AuthDirect managed services solution, Tollbooth(TM), is a robust,
scalable and flexible platform and we are delighted to partner with
their team." Dennis diBattista, ICOA's vice president of sales,
said, "ICOA is pleased to be serving all the back office and call
center needs of regional leader Aerolina. The Aerolina ThinkSpot
network services a diverse client base in a rapidly growing region
and we look forward to providing Aerolina with the full suite of
