On December 26, 2023, HealthLynked Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a letter to the Company’s shareholders (the “Shareholder Letter”). A copy of the Shareholder Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
