"I want our shareholders to know that the proposal currently under consideration would result in Franklin Mining shareholders receiving equity in the company that acquires our energy investments. While we have not yet determined the number of shares we will receive, the Board of Directors is committed to distributing whatever is received to current shareholders on a proportionate basis.
