On February 14, 2023, Fannie Mae filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 and is issuing a press release reporting its financial results for the periods covered by the Form 10-K. Copies of the press release and a financial supplement are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this report and are incorporated herein by reference.
