Credit Agricole Assurances Agrees to Buy Stake in EF Solare

Credit Agricole SA said Friday that its subsidiary Credit
Agricole Assurances reached an agreement with Italian
infrastructure fund F2i SGR to acquire a stake in EF Solare.
The subsidiary of the French lender is acquiring a 30% stake in
the photovoltaic energy operator, with F2i SGR retaining 70%.
Credit Agricole Assurances is acquiring the stake in association
with its own subsidiary Credit Agricole Vita.
The value of the deal wasn't disclosed.
