"Company"), today reported that in light of ongoing discussions
with SPI Solar, Inc. (fka Solar Power Inc.) ("SPI"), the Company
has conditionally extended to July 13,
2017 the deadline by which it expects SPI to cure its
failure to meet its purchase obligations under its supply agreement
with the Company. The Company has reserved the right to
terminate the Supply Agreement prior to the extended deadline if
the continuing discussions reach an impasse. "Because of the
significance of our agreement with SPI, we think it's in the best
interests of our shareholders to afford it additional time to
fulfill its obligations or for the parties to otherwise reach a
