G. Joseph Siedel has delivered his resignation, effective May 4, 2012, as the Senior Vice President – Operations of CP Technologies LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("CPT"). CPT is a majority-owned subsidiary of CarePayment Technologies, Inc., an Oregon corporation.
