Lewis, Charouhis Commend Board for Their Swift Action, Continue Investigation

Shortly after William N. Charouhis & Associates, P.A., announced it had been engaged by a shareholder of BNCCORP, INC. (“BNCC”) (OTC Markets: BNCC) to investigate possible breaches of fiduciary duty to shareholders and other violations of law by the board of directors of BNCC (“Board”), the Board responded by announcing it had withdrawn the February private placement that was the primary subject of the investigation (the “$1.85 Share Issuance”).
