BizRocket.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BZRT). On September 6, 2012, the Company and ViralPwnage.com agreed to terminate their LOI. At this time both companies may review mutual opportunities that better complement each other in the future.

Separately, the Company has been notified on September 17, 2012 by the SEC that it entered an order to temporarily suspend trading in Bizrocket.com stock due to questions it had about certain press releases distributed by the Company. The Company is examining those press releases and intends to continue to execute on its business plan.
