BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. Signs Agreement to Commence Pouring of Foundation for First Cryptomining Facility

Fredericksburg, VA. -- May 13, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTC: BFCH) announced today that they have signed a contract to begin pouring the foundation of its first Cryptomining facility.

The Company has been working with several contractors and has already dug the footers for the foundation. The concrete contractor the company has selected to pour its foundation has advised us that they will begin with prep work on May 20th and anticipates the foundation will be completed on May 27th.

As previously stated, the final hearing for the share cancellation has been set for May 30th at 2:00pm Mountain Standard Time. The complaint seeks to cancel 12,260,000,000 (12.26 Billion) shares of Common Stock, 2 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and 14,000,000 (14 Million) shares of Preferred B Stock, making up almost 99% of BitFrontier's issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock, and 100% of the issued and outstanding Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock classes.
