(PINKSHEETS: ALIF), an innovative investment company, announced today that its production studio, Alife Studios Inc., together with WowWee Group Limited, has developed and launched a 3D smartphone toy app titled "Elite CommandAR," which interfaces with a physical toy gun, and is distributed under the brand WowWee AppGear™, for iOS and Android devices.

The initial Elite CommandAR smartphone app is available now and offered for free through Apple's online app store (http://itunes.apple.com/app/id494456130) and Google Play (http://goo.gl/BXI4I). Soon, augmented reality and co-op multiplayer features will be added.

The physical App Gear™ toy gun is to be sold in official Apple retail stores around the world.

By combining actual physical toy guns with iOS and Android apps, Elite CommandAR provides the ultimate first person shooter experience for gamers. Elite CommandAR contains cinematic quality 3D cut-scenes and stunning artwork which surpasses similar mobile games available in the market. Apart from eye-popping graphics, the game leverages cutting-edge technologies such as augmented reality, enabling players to use their smartphones' rear-facing camera for detecting the accompanied augmented reality markers and to take part in battles where enemies invade the real-world surroundings as seen through the phone's viewfinder.

The game thrusts the player into the role of the elite space commander who is tasked with a last-ditch mission to save planet Earth. In order to salvage the last of the human race, the player has to explore 3 mysterious locations including the wasted planet, the alien forest and the spaceship, all while battling against nasty alien enemies and bosses. The player also has the option to invite a friend to join the game through Wi-Fi in a peer-to-peer co-op mode, where together, they can blast through adrenaline-pumping levels. Players may also unlock and upgrade their weapons by redeeming stat points earned through the game or via in-app purchases.

Game Features:

• Use AR markers to activate portals to another dimension and initiate battles played through the camera's viewfinder.
• Control a first-person perspective by using the smartphone's built-in gyroscope and compass heading.
• Aim the toy gun and pull its trigger to shoot enemies and other targets in the game.
• Use secondary pistol buttons to raise your shield, change weapons, fire special weapons and reload.
• Peer-to-peer multiplayer game mode available for co-op missions using Wi-Fi.
• Earn points to unlock or upgrade weapons.
• Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and selected Android phones with rear-facing cameras and gyroscope support.
