COPENHAGEN--Danish industrial conglomerate A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S (MAERSK-B.KO) said Friday its oil and gas drilling services arm Maersk Drilling has received a two-year contract for the use of its harsh environment jack-up rig Maersk Endurer at a drilling project offshore Cameroon.

The contract has a value of around $100 million, and is expected to commence in late October, Maersk Drilling said.

The exploration project is being conducted by Addax Petroleum, a subsidiary of China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. (0386.HK), or Sinopec.
