RSG Searchgold Resources Inc.

SearchGold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RSG) (FRANKFURT: S1O) proposes to reprice and extend the 5,000,000 warrants previously issued in July 2008 at a price of $0.15 and expiring July 4, 2009. These 5,000,000 warrants will now be exercisable at a price of $0.10 per warrant until July 4, 2010.

These changes are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
