Romios Gold Resources Inc. ("Romios" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RG)(OTCBB: RMIOF)(FRANKFURT: D4R) is pleased to announce that it has received $841,755.65 on the exercise of warrants and broker warrants at prices ranging between $0.15 and $0.25 per share. This is in addition to the $600,000 raised in the private placement announced on December 15, 2010.

The funds will be used for exploration on the Company's properties and for working capital.
