Romios Gold Resources Inc. ("Romios" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RG)(OTCBB: RMIOF)(FRANKFURT: D4R) would like to inform its shareholders of the outcome of its recent Annual Meeting. All items presented in the Management Information Circular were approved by shareholders at the meeting. The slate of directors presented by management was elected; Wasserman Ramsay, Chartered Accountants, were appointed the Auditors of the Company; the 10% rolling stock option plan was ratified; and shareholders ratified the extension of the Shareholder Rights Plan established pursuant to the Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement dated August 2, 2007 between the Company and Equity Transfer & Trust Company (now known as Equity Financial Trust Company), as rights agent, for a further three (3) years.
