H2O Innovation Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HEO) ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") wishes to inform the financial community of changes to the CUSIP and ISIN international security identifiers assigned to the Company's share. As of January 21, 2009 shares of H2O Innovation are identified by the CUSIP number 443300108 and ISIN number CA4433001084. The trading symbols HEO on the TSX-V and ALHEO on Alternext remain unchanged.

The assignment of new identifiers follows the Company's corporate name change from H2O Innovation (2000) Inc. to H2O Innovation Inc. adopted on December 4, 2008 by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders. The name change is effective as of December 4, 2008.

The TSX Venture Exchange issued a bulletin on January 20, 2009 announcing the new CUSIP and ISIN numbers to be effective at the opening of trading on January 21, 2009. Financial institutions, brokers, financial data providers and shareholders are invited to update their records accordingly.
