Advanced Primary Minerals Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:APD)
would like to announce that the consolidation of the Corporation's common shares
on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for every seven (7)
pre-consolidation shares will be effective for trading purposes on the TSX
Venture Exchange as of December 18, 2009 rather than December 14, 2009 as
previously announced.


Further details of the share consolidation are contained in the news release
issued by the Corporation on December 14, 2009 and in the Corporation's
Management Information Circular dated November 9, 2009 which has been filed and
is available on SEDAR under the Corporation's profile.
