TORONTO, June 9, 2016 /CNW/ - Corby Spirit and Wine
Limited's ("Corby" or the "Company") (TSX: CSW.A, CSW.B) Board
of Directors announced today that, effective July 1, 2016, Philippe Dréano will retire from
his position as a director of Corby and that Paul Duffy has been appointed as his successor,
acting as one of Pernod Ricard's nominees.
"Philippe's insight and guidance have been invaluable in helping
to guide the company over the past seven years," said Mr.
McCarthy. "I congratulate him on an exemplary career spanning
27 years with the Pernod Ricard Group and wish him all the best in
his retirement."
With over 22 years at the Pernod Ricard Group, Paul Duffy brings extensive experience to the
Corby Board of Directors, having served in various executive
capacities. He is currently Chairman & CEO of The Absolut
Company and has been appointed Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard
North America and CEO of Pernod Ricard USA, effective July 1,
2016. He is also a member of the Pernod Ricard Group

graduated from the University of Dublin,
Trinity College, with a Bachelor in Business Studies and
undertook his training as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG
Dublin.
