                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified yesterday that on 24 July 2002 Mr Ian Fisher's pension
fund purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 87p per Ordinary Share. Mr Fisher is a non-executive
director of the Company and following this acquisition he has a beneficial
interest in 85,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.36 per cent. of the Company's
total issued ordinary share capital.
