Czech company Cepro AS has held preliminary talks on forming a joint venture or conducting a share swap with three potential partners--MOL Nyrt.'s (MOL.BU) Slovanaft, Italy's ENI SpA (ENI.MI) and Poland's fuel refiner PKN Orlen (PKN.WA)--Polish daily Parkiet reports Thursday, citing Cepro's chief executive.

"We didn't talk with either Lukoil (LKOH.RS) or Gazprom Neft (SIBN.RS)," Jiri Borovec said in the report.
