In the news release, Consolidated Tomoka Announces Second Quarter
Earnings, issued earlier today by Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. over
PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that in the table
"Consolidated Balance Sheets," the Deferred Income Taxes for June
30, 2006 should read "25,470,228" rather than "2,272,918," and the
Deferred Profit should read "2,272,918" rather than "25,470,228" as
