Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 23, 2020, Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) announced a change in its leadership to better align its internal organization and help customers succeed from first to final mile. In connection with that change, Kevin J. Page, Senior Vice President and Group President, Diversified Products Group and Final Mile Products, will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Customer Value Creation, and Dustin T. Smith, Senior Vice President and Group President, Commercial Trailer Products, will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations.
