Raytheon CFO Steps Down; Company Names New Finance Chief

Aerospace and defense company Raytheon Technologies Corp. said
its finance chief has left the role and that another company leader
will replace him.
Toby O'Brien has left the CFO role and corporate vice president,
financial planning and analysis and investor relations, Neil
Mitchill has been named the company's new CFO, Raytheon said. In
2015, Mr. O'Brien started as CFO and vice president of finance,
Raytheon said.
Mr. Mitchill is 46 years old and started at United Technologies
Corp.--which later merged with Raytheon--as vice president, global
financial services, in 2014, Raytheon said. He also was appointed
as UTC's acting CFO starting in 2019 and had that job until the two
companies merged, Raytheon said.
