Aerospace and defense company Raytheon Technologies Corp. said its finance chief has left the role and that another company leader will replace him.

Toby O'Brien has left the CFO role and corporate vice president, financial planning and analysis and investor relations, Neil Mitchill has been named the company's new CFO, Raytheon said. In 2015, Mr. O'Brien started as CFO and vice president of finance, Raytheon said.

Mr. Mitchill is 46 years old and started at United Technologies Corp.--which later merged with Raytheon--as vice president, global financial services, in 2014, Raytheon said. He also was appointed as UTC's acting CFO starting in 2019 and had that job until the two companies merged, Raytheon said.
