Thought Leaders Reveal Insights on
Patient-Centered Care by Sharing Personal Experiences

release of its new video series Experiences of Care. The ten-video
collection features interviews with Press Ganey thought leaders
recounting personal care experiences that have shaped their ideas
and perspectives on improving the safety, quality and experience of
care.
