Phillips 66 Reports Flaring at Borger Refinery

Phillips 66 (PSX) reported emissions due to flaring at its
refinery in Borger, Texas.
In a statement sent to the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality, the refinery said the emissions of sulfur dioxide began
and ended Monday.
The 146,000-barrel-a-day refinery is located in the Texas
panhandle, northeast of Amarillo.
