•    Shares of Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE:OI) rose 6.9% after forecasting first-quarter 2012 earnings of $0.67 per share. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for the same is pegged at $0.50 per share

•    Lennar Corp. (NYSE:LEN) soared 5.1% after it announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for Class A and Class B common stock payable on May 9, 2012

•    Shares of Nokia (NYSE:NOK) fell 15.7% after it declared an operating loss of about 3% of sales on mobile handsets in the first quarter. The company is not expecting better results for the  second quarter
