TOLEDO, Ohio, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE:OI) today announced that Stephen P. Bramlage, Jr. has been named O-I vice president and treasurer. (Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20050412/CLTU028LOGO ) Mr. Bramlage will lead O-I's global treasury function including management of the company's worldwide financial assets, domestic and international financing, worldwide banking relations, and risk management. Mr. Bramlage began his career with Ernst & Young LLP. He then joined Eli Lilly & Company's corporate finance & investment banking department before moving into several global treasury roles, including capital markets and structured finance. He joined PPG Industries, Inc. as manager of European treasury and global foreign exchange. He next served as director of finance in the coatings controllership group. Most recently, Mr. Bramlage has been assistant treasurer in PPG's global treasury department. Mr. Bramlage holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton and an MBA in finance and management & strategy from Northwestern University's J.L.
