Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it
was honored by the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American
Institute of Architects (AIA) with an Award of Excellence in
Institutional Architecture for the design of the Mission Training
Complex at the U.S. Army’s Fort Bragg located in North
Carolina.
Jacobs provided full-service architecture and engineering,
including construction administration, for the new 148,000-square
foot Mission Training Complex. The $28 million facility received
LEED® Gold certification.
The complex is a highly functional facility that allows for

circulate throughout the interior spaces.
In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Tom
McDuffie stated, “We are honored and pleased to be recognized by
the AIA Northern Virginia Chapter for our work at Fort Bragg. It is
a privilege to have designed this award-winning facility in support
of our client’s goals to continue providing excellent training to
members of the U.S. Army.”
Jacobs is one of the world's largest and most diverse providers
