fortunate to have Jack Prescott leading our expansion efforts in
Reno. His experience in commercial and retail banking and vast
knowledge of the Reno market are a tremendous asset as we expand
our operations in northern Nevada," said Brad Kime, President of
Irwin Union Bank. Prescott has twenty years of banking experience
in the Reno market. Most recently, he served as Regional President
for U.S. Bank in northern Nevada and has held several leadership
positions in retail and commercial banking with First Interstate
Bank and Sierra Bank. Kime continues, "We anticipate that the new
Reno location will build upon the strong results that we continue
to achieve in our Carson City market." As an alternative to
traditional banking, clients of Irwin Union Bank can expect local
decision making and highly personalized service from experienced
professionals with intimate knowledge of the Reno/Sparks community.
As Market President Jack Prescott explains, "We intend to 'bring
the Bank' to our business owners and professional clients with such
tools as remote deposit capture and courier services. If we can
save our clients time by eliminating trips to the Bank, they will
be able to focus more of their attention on running their
businesses." By opening a new office, Irwin Union Bank, a financial
institution with roots tracing back 135 years, is making a
significant investment in the Reno/Sparks community. "We believe
our strategy of delivering highly personalized financial services
to consumers, business owners and professionals will pave the way
for the Bank's growth in the region," explains Prescott. About
