Ingram Micro Canada Named Avaya Connect Value-Added Distributor

Distributor Now Authorized to Distribute Avaya Enterprise
Communications Solutions Expanding its voice and data solutions
portfolio, Ingram Micro Canada, a subsidiary of Ingram Micro Inc.
(NYSE: IM), today announced it has been named an Avaya Connect
Value Added Distributor (VAD). Under the terms of the expanded
distribution agreement, Ingram Micro Canada will market, sell and
support the complete portfolio of Avaya Enterprise Communications
Solutions, including Avaya's unified communications, contact
center, small-medium enterprise and data networking solutions, to
authorized Canadian resellers. In addition to pre- and post-sales
support, Ingram Micro Canada will offer Avaya channel partners
access to business development, demand generation and technical
support resources, as well as set-up, custom configuration and
installation services. As an Avaya Connect VAD, Ingram Micro is
actively recruiting new and training existing Avaya channel
partners on the value of the business communications leader's voice
and data solutions. The distributor will offer targeted boot camps
to help channel partners attain the "Avaya Professional Sales
Specialist" (APSS) and "Avaya Certified Solution Specialist" (ACSS)
Credentials, both of which are required to sell the manufacturer's
small and medium Enterprise Communication products. "Value-added
