On August 1, 2023, Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (the “Company”) will post on its website at www.hyster-yale.com additional historical quarterly financial data and update the schedules that were previously posted to the website for the second quarter 2023 results. A copy of the data is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
